Owned and operated by Smith family: Jeremiah, Erin, Ellie, and Elijah (a Hoosier, a Buckeye, and two Rwandans). It’s our goal - though we fail often - to live with great purpose and intentionality. To help those in need. To listen and learn. To inspire. To give people hope. And to meet people where they’re at.

Everyone has a story. And in that story, conflict, change, and loss are inevitable. Our desire is that our humble little store would serve as a reminder that there is always a reason for hope, that there is more to be written, and that it’s never too late. Not just that, but also that words hold great power. They can build up or tear down. Help or hurt. We want to be a place that fosters encouragement, laughter, and deep conversations - where individuals seek to learn, grow, help, and understand each other.

So for us, this is far more than a bookstore. It’s not about books and coffee, it’s about what happens over books and coffee (or tea ?!).
