The Mill House Restaurant is located in downtown Jasper on the corner of Mill and 14th Streets They are a local favorite and provide a full menu of delicious and mouthwatering foods Along with their restaurant they also offer a banquet room and catering services The Mill House Restaurant formerly known as The Fiesta Restaurant was built in 1947 and opened for business in 1948 It was owned by Charles and Butch Gutzweiler and was established as a family restaurant and neighborhood bar In 1976 the restaurant was sold to Tom and Ruth Flick Like the Gutzweilers they ran it as a family business After managing the restaurant for several years their son Tim became the sole owner of the establishment in 1994 In 2000 the restaurant name changed to a new name that name being The Mill House May of 2006 the restaurant was purchased by BJoe and Kim Aull We are very lucky to have the Flicks in our support system So here we are today We hope you enjoy The Mill House we strive to make your dining exper
