The Dubois County Leadership Academy (DCLA) is a county-wide initiative that focuses on developing leaders to create positive change in the community through various subjects such as leadership basics, business and entrepreneurship, government and public service, and education. The DCLA seeks dedicated individuals to help improve Dubois County as a place to live, work, and visit. The program runs from April to August, and participants commit to six meetings held in different locations throughout the county.
